The purpose of this qualification is to prepare a learner to function as a Learning and Development Advisor. A Learning and Development Advisor research, plans, designs, develops, implements, monitors, evaluates, verifies, and manages the quality of learning and development interventions, to ensure management and staff acquire the required competencies to meet organisational strategic objectives.

Qualification Assessment:
The Institution will conduct internal assessments by means of assessment activities and signed off work experience log sheets. Upon successful completion of all modules, the Institution provides a statement of results to the candidate and QCTO, as part of the candidate’s application to complete the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) conducted by the QCTO.
